PCMA announces creative saving options for 2010
Written by Exhibit City News
Wednesday, September 30 2009 10:59
The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) announced Sept. 8 this year’s annual meeting registration will have an abundance of new, creative savings options. The meeting, held in Dallas Jan. 10-13, will feature lower registration fees, payment plan, planner scholarships, discounts for those with budget cuts and new members from the Dallas region, gift certificates, hotel discounts for planners registering by Nov. 2 and others.

“PCMA has been very fortunate this year to have generated record attendance for our Leadership Conference in Austin and this summer we sold out our Masters Series program in Washington, D.C.,” said Deborah Sexton, PCMA president and CEO.  “But we know the hard times many of our members are having, so we wanted to develop a favorable pricing structure and flexible pricing options for our members and industry.  I’m very proud to be able to help everyone who wants to be with us in Dallas to participate. In the coming weeks, we’ll be announcing an incredible program – one of PCMA’s best ever.  PCMA 2010 will undoubtedly be one of our best annual meetings.”

There are even more ways to save.  Interested parties following PCMA on twitter.com/pcmahq could win free registration, housing and add-on programs. Special promotions will run every two weeks.

For complete details and restrictions, visit www.pcma2010.org/registration-savings-options.
