Uta Goretzky, managing director of IFES, the International Federation of Exhibition & Event Services, is pleased to announce that Philipp Zettl is the new project manager for communications and PR at IFES. He will be based in Frankfurt, Germany, and is replacing Dany Kupczik, who has left the organization.
Zettl is a recent graduate with two years of professional and multicultural experience in project management of communications, financial cooperation and commercial strategy. He received a Bachelor of Arts – BA, Culture and Economy: History, Business and Economics from University Mannheim in 2017 with a semester spent abroad at Oslo University. He received a joint international master degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Philipps-University Marburg and the University of Kent in 2019. He has interned in project management at GE Healthcare in Singapur and at KfW Development Bank in Frankfurt, Germany. Last year, he interned in the field of global strategic communications with a focus on content marketing and strategy at Munich Re (Group). He has aso worked as a trade fair host at at Messe Frankfurt GmbH.
