EDE Corp. is proud to announce the addition of Jason Weddle to its award-winning experiential marketing and design team in Chicago. As the Chief Operating Officer, Jason will handle the company’s day-to-day operations while working closely with Owner, Creative Director, and President Greg Tivadar to define and execute the firm’s long-term strategic vision.
“Jason brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge to EDE, and we’re excited to finally have him on our team,” Tivadar said. “He’s known and respected throughout the events industry, but more than that, Jason’s eager to take on creative challenges and driven to continue growing EDE’s brand. By taking over our day-to-day operations, Jason will ensure our team continues providing the boutique experience our clients love and expect.”
For nearly two decades, Jason has worked in the trade show industry at Hamilton Exhibits. From logistics and project management to operations and senior leadership, Jason has experience in almost every department. For the past three years, he was CEO at Hamilton, leading the company through a period of growth. EDE is eager to put his experience and expertise to use in a new home.
“I’ve spent the last 20 years evolving alongside this industry, and I’m excited for this next evolution,” Weddle said. “Over the years I’ve watched Greg and his dad, Franc, develop this family-owned company into a little-known but well-respected exhibit house that punches way above its weight in terms of craftsmanship, design, and service.
“I had opportunities to take positions at other larger firms, but I’m here because I believe in Greg and the EDE team,” Weddle said. “While other companies talk about ‘experiential marketing,’ EDE is living that approach. I’m grateful to be a part of such a driven and talented team.”
