Calling all players it’s time! The EDPA invites YOU, industry friends and colleagues to Skate and Cheer the night away in support of your East and West EDPA Hockey teams. Join EDPA with some fun on the ice, full bar, food, excitement and networking. EDPA members that can pull out their gear and play some hockey can represent their company and Chapters!
EDPA is building on last year’s successful shoot out where EDPA East took the cup. The annual Hockey game started as a conversation at ExhibitorLive 2022 that Gayle Wright, Sales Manager at IPME and (then) secretary of EDPALV (she’s now president) and Angie Johnson, Executive Director at Freeman and (then) social media manager of EDPA (now vice president) had with IPME Co-founder and CEO Bill Hinchliff, president of EDPA So Cal (then and now).
“This is where we make history and build the most amazing event industry only hockey face off,” says Bill Hinchliff to Exhibit City News. “As it turns out we have some incredible hockey players and fans within our peer group and I am absolutely grateful to be able to pull this together!”
The 2023 tournament was a success and EDPA Las Vegas and Southern California are ramping up for an even bigger success this year.

This year the EDPA is proud to host this event in parallel to the Experiential Marketing Summit in Las Vegas.
Date: Thursday, April 25, 2024.
Check-in is at 5 pm.
The Free Skate and Social Hour will run from 5 pm – 6:30 pm.
Hockey Game will run from 7 pm – 8:30 pm
Awards & Live Auction at 9 pm
Dropped pucks, slapshots, and the occasional offsides will ensue! There will be custom jerseys, trophies, giveaways, raffle, food and beverage and entertainment. Your industry colleagues will be there and cheering for whichever region takes the cup.
Registration runs
$65 per ticket with food and two drink tickets
$90 per player (includes jersey)
$75 for jersey (non-player)
