Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre has been named an “Employer of Choice” for the third year running in the Australian Business Awards 2019.
The annual awards recognize organizations which have developed workplaces that maximize the full potential of their workforce through practices that demonstrate effective employee recruitment, engagement and retention.
MCEC’s diverse and inclusive culture, wide range of health and well-being activities and variety of career development opportunities were key to its recognition as an Employer of Choice.
MCEC Chief Executive, Peter King recognized the role of all employees in contributing to the achievement.
