And SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, renewed its contract with CDS for two years through 2020.
AARC, a not-for-profit organization with the mission of being the leading national and international professional association for respiratory care, signed a three-year contract through 2020 with CDS. “The AARC couldn’t be happier to partner with an industry leader like CDS to enhance the registration experience for our attendees and lead retrieval for our exhibitors,” said Douglas Laher, associate executive cirector at AARC. “Most importantly, we’re thrilled to have a robust database of information and business intelligence which will allow us to make informed, real-time marketing decisions impacting our meeting.”
“We are excited to begin a partnership with AARC,” says David Lawton, executive vice president of sales at CDS. “CDS created a customized plan addressing a variety of challenges outlined by AARC. Leveraging our flexible registration solutions, membership integration, and attendee marketing programs, together we will increase attendance and speed up onsite check-in.”
CDS will also provide full-service registration, lead retrieval and integrations for SPIE’s top events, including Photonics West, Advanced Lithography, Defense & Commercial Sensing, Optics & Photonics and Optifab. SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, annually organizes and sponsors approximately 25 major technical forums, exhibitions and education programs in North America, Europe, Asia and the South Pacific.
“SPIE is grateful to CDS for the company’s endurance to make our registration process successful for attendees as well as our staff in an efficient, organized and timely manner,” says Jenifer Dodds, manager, Meetings Department at SPIE. “We also appreciate the partnership as we look to promote new opportunities that develop our always expanding registration model.”
“SPIE is a long-term and valued client for CDS, and we are excited to continue our partnership,” says Lawton. “Since we have been working together for more than 20 years, we fully understand SPIE’s processes, events and business objectives. We have a very close integration with the SPIE membership database and will continue our dedication to providing outstanding customer service, registration management and integrations to SPIE.”
