Top Workplaces rankings are based largely on the results of employee surveys.

3D Exhibits President Gene Faut shared the high ratings from his team members were the best news he could ever receive.

“We work hard to build a culture that people enjoy. Our people are the ones who get the job done and keep our clients coming back,” said Faut. “The more fulfilled our people are, the better we perform.”

Workplace Dynamics conducted the surveys used for judging. Qualities measured included company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. The recognition coincided with a period of expansion for 3D Exhibits, which will finish the year 2014 with a 7 percent growth in revenue versus 2013.
