Presenting three sessions at the 2013 HCEA Annual Convention from June 22-25 in Austin, Texas is a team from 3D Exhibits, which designs, fabricates and manages exhibits and events.
The team aims to show support for the Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association (HCEA), which improves the effectiveness of conventions, meetings and exhibitions for the healthcare industry.
Partnering to deliver “Accuray: Build the Buzz and Keep It Going” are Nicole Genarella, V.P. of marketing for 3D Exhibits, along with brand-side marketer Celey Gaskill.
Drawing on the case study of Accuray’s 2012 in-exhibit new product launch event, this presentation will provide a roadmap of best practices tradeshow marketers can leverage to maintain momentum and excitement throughout their shows.
Sharing 30 years of industry experience through two sessions is Michael Seymour, senior V.P. of 3D Exhibits and HCEA board member.
“The Art of Healthcare Convention Data” will illustrate best practices in capturing data and how that data can be used by exhibitors and show organizers. Seymour will present this session with Don Schmid, MBA, manager, conventions & corporate branding, Hospira Worldwide, Inc., along with Michelle Turenne, senior director, Corporate Alliances and Development, American Thoracic Society.
In “Doing More With Less: Budgeting in 2013”, Seymour will teach attendees how to create and manage an annual budget for their exhibit program.
