With improved return on investment (ROI) being the ever-popular buzzword of the meetings and events industry, IMEX has teamed up with Meetings Mindset, a company whose portfolio of services has been designed to improve the mental, physical and practical performance of meeting attendees.
The integration of Meetings Mindset services into the delegate experience forms part of the most comprehensive education program to ever be held at IMEX in Frankfurt, with over 90 additional seminars taking place over the duration of the exhibition.
Delegates will have the opportunity to utilize a variety of innovative, interactive and creative solutions developed by Meetings Mindset to help them maximize their performance within the exhibition environment.
“IMEX in Frankfurt offers 15,000 people an exceptional environment to do business, but we realized that how each person performs onsite – and therefore benefits from the event – is directly related to how they prepare, and is why we launched Meetings Mindset at IMEX last year,” said Jon Bradshaw, founder and CEO, Meetings Mindset and business development director, IMEX Group.
IMEX in Frankfurt will also host two Meetings Mindset® Pit Stops. The first will be located in the hosted buyer lounge and will offer clothed massages to buyers. The second will be on the show floor and will offer brain training and practical tips on how to improve onsite meeting performance. Additionally, there will be nutritional information available at each food outlet on the show floor.
Meetings professionals wishing to learn more about this innovative new service, or improve their performance at IMEX itself, will be able to hear from Jonathan Bradshaw in a presentation titled, “Are you in the Meetings Mindset?” His interactive session links to the foundation of practical, mental and physical meetings performance.
Delegates will also have a choice to attend a full-seminar program available at IMEX in Frankfurt 2011. A new addition will be a series of hot topic ‘campfires.’ These 30 minute sessions will be available to just 10 or 12 visitors. Each will offer an intimate setting to discuss subjects with experts and peers. Campfire sessions will provide fast-track introductions to fundamental business skills, including the value of in-house PR, new cross-cultural approaches and managing online services.
All seminars will be delivered by experts in their field and will take place on the Professional Development and Innovation Pavilion.
