Ovations Food Services, a specialist in food and beverage catering for public assembly facilities has announced an exclusive partnership with James Beard award-winning Chef Michelle Bernstein to bid for the food services at the Miami Beach Convention Center. This partnership was formed in order to craft a unique culinary program for the many regional and international events hosted at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

If chosen as the food service team at the Center, we look forward to leveraging this partnership to deliver spectacular results for the City and the Miami Beach Convention Center.”
Chef Bernstein, a Miami area native and among the region’s culinary elite, is the published author of Cuisine a Latina as well as chef/owner of Michy’s, Sra. Martinez And Crumb on Parchment restaurants. A James Beard award winner, she is also well known as the host of Check, Please! on PBS Miami and from her frequent appearances on the Today Show and Top Chef. In addition, she founded the Miami branch of Common Threads, an organization dedicated to teaching kids how to cook healthy food for themselves and their families. Ovations and Chef Michelle Bernstein’s collaboration promises to deliver unique Miami Beach flair to the restaurant and catering choices offered at the center, which have never been experienced before.
