The Center for Association Leadership (ASAE) has announced that the Hong Kong Tourism Board has signed on as an event partner, which is the first Alliance Partner to join from outside of North America.
“We are excited to have Hong Kong Tourism Board as an event partner,” said John H. Graham IV, president and CEO, ASAE. “One of the areas ASAE is focused on is international outreach. This will provide us and our members a great opportunity to learn more about the Asian market, the trends facing international associations, how they advocate with policymakers, as well as explore possible locations for future meetings.”
“Meetings and Expositions Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Tourism Board are very pleased to join ASAE as an event partner,” said Francesco C. Leboffe, conventions manager, Meetings and Exhibitions Hong Kong. “It’s a perfect complement to our strategic and integrated marketing plans to closer align ourselves with the leadership of ASAE and its members. We will continue to reach out to association and professional societies and encourage them to consider Hong Kong as the location for their next convention, meeting and exposition. We are looking forward to meeting ASAE members at the 2012 Annual Meeting and Exposition in Dallas, August 11-14.”
The Alliance Partners program was developed to provide the industry partner community with opportunities to align itself with ASAE and the association sector through customized marketing platforms. It also offers partners the chance to help build and maintain year-round relationships with ASAE members and the nonprofit community across the globe.
