Shepard welcomes Shannon Bere as Managing Director of Design Services

Shannon BereShepard is excited to announce the recent hire of Shannon Bere, who will be taking on the newly-created position of Managing Director of Design Services. Bere will oversee the design department with the intent to put practices and processes in place that will best support the in-house design team. Under Shannon’s guidance, Shepard will continue to effectively deliver industry-leading creativity and innovation, while researching and implementing new products to control production costs.

Bere is a veteran events professional with 20 years of experience, during which, she has filled a wide variety of both show organizer and vendor sides of the industry. She joins Shepard from LIGHTFAIR International, the world’s largest annual event dedicated to pushing the architectural and commercial lighting industry forward, where she served as Customer Relations and Operations Manager.

“When the opportunity presented itself, I jumped on it. I’ve worked with Shepard before and it’s a great company that truly values its people,” says Bere, “Strong and diverse design talent is already in place at Shepard, this position is going to help better leverage those assets for our customers.”

This addition marks the nineteenth new, full-time position added to Shepard’s growing roster of associates over the past year.
