iPlay America unveiled the newly renovated Event Center @iPA in Freehold, New Jersey, on March 27, including a number of new breakout rooms that provide more versatility and flexibility for corporate events, tradeshows, banquets, galas, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens and other social events. All the spaces feature a modern design with a neutral color palette, giving guests a blank canvas to customize their event.
“We’re constantly looking to improve the Event Center @iPA and iPlay America based on features we know our customers want,” says Jessica Schwartz, vice president of sales and marketing for iPlay America. “Recent trends in the event industry and customer feedback have shown us that people are looking for flexible event spaces with a variety of setup options and a clean slate that they can easily transform to make their vision a reality.
“The addition of our new breakout rooms offers a countless number of new layouts, making the Event Center @iPA the most versatile venue in New Jersey,” she adds. “We also provide services such as catering and equipment like furnishings, lighting and A/V equipment in-house, reducing our customers’ reliance on third-party vendors to make their planning process as easy and turnkey as possible.”
Comprised of 45,000 square feet of meeting and event space, the Event Center @iPA features flexible configurations to host anything from small intimate gatherings to tradeshows or conferences. The venue is highlighted by Warehouse 100, a 20,000-square-foot room ideal for large capacity events, and the Event Center, an 11,500-square-foot space with an open floor plan to accommodate multiple room layouts and event formats. Both spaces feature a total of four new breakout rooms, adding even more options for event planners looking to host smaller receptions, ceremonies, classes or team-building exercises within a larger function.
Breakout rooms range in size and can be combined or divided to suit any setup including a theater, classroom, banquet, club and more. Part of the renovation also includes the addition of a dedicated lobby to Warehouse 100, providing more versatility to the amount and types of events that can be booked at the Event Center @iPA.
The new additions to the Event Center @iPA come on the heels of iPlay America hiring new Executive Chef Adam Livow (pictured left), who has been tasked with developing new menus and setting the culinary direction for the venue. Chef Adam and his staff are available to work with guests to create the perfect custom menu for every event. In addition to on-site catering, the Event Center @iPA offers state of the art audio/visual services, concert grade lighting, and access to additional event equipment and furnishings to create a custom layout for any type of celebration, gathering or meeting. A team of expert in-house planners are also on staff to help customers envision their plan and execute their event.
iPlay America is an indoor, family-friendly themed environment that provides guests with nearly 4 acres of outstanding rides, games and attractions. Fore more info, visit www.theeventcenteratipa.com.
