A large sports tournament vacation destination near Atlanta, Ga., LakePoint Sporting Community selected Experient, a source for integrated meeting and event solutions, as its preferred partner for event sourcing and housing services.

The LakePoint Sports Village will feature 16 major league sized baseball fields, 14 soccer/lacrosse fields, 15 fast pitch softball and junior baseball fields, a 20-acre wake park, two Miracle League fields, and a 196,000-square-foot indoor facility for gymnastics, wrestling, volleyball, basketball, cheerleading and other sports as well as five million square feet of retail, hotels, restaurants and other amenities. Designed for sustainability, durability and injury prevention, LakePoint will be the largest installation of synthetic sports surfacing in the world.

Bartow County and the City of Emerson will become this sports destination with the development of LakePoint Sporting Community. The development will include 1,200-plus acres of sports venues, commercial, retail and entertainment options.
