The Exhibit Company, a fully-integrated live experience company focused on revolutionizing the creative environment industry, recently acquired Cal Ostlund Exhibits, an exhibit design, production and management company that has been a national and global industry leader for more than 50 years.
COE was based in Kenilworth, N.J. and offered worldwide design, production and management services, especially to the healthcare industry. Founded in 1962, they had 65 employees and six staff designers prior to COVID and a partial client list included
Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Baxter Healthcare Corp., Shire Pharmaceuticals, Syncsort, Auxilium, Maxell, and Novartis Vaccines.
TEC is based in Piscataway, N.J. and has doubled in size twice before by launching new divisions, relocating to larger quarters and continually staying on top of trends. They’ve worked with companies from BMW to Zeiss and across such industries as auto, publishing, education, banking, technology and beyond. Founded in 1964, they’ve grown from a 26,000-sq.ft. facility in New York City to a 55,000 sq.ft. facility adding Graphics and Events departments along the way. In 2009, they doubled in size again by relocating to their current 100,000-sq.ft., state-of-the-art New Jersey headquarters and in 2017, they opened additional locations in both the L.A. and Orlando areas.
