AEM Is Recognized as Top Workplace

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), a trade organization for off-road equipment manufacturers and suppliers, has been recognized once again as one of Southeast Wisconsin’s Top Workplaces by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel publishes its annual Top Workplaces list to give recognition to businesses and organizations that are identified, by their own staff, as outstanding workplaces. AEM has received the Top Workplace recognition for the past six years and in 2015.

Tanel, Megan - AEM“We are thrilled to again be recognized in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Top Workplaces list,” says AEM president Megan Tanel. “I’m so proud of our team and the work they do here. Their dedication to one another and their passion for building momentum for the off-road equipment manufacturing industry is what makes AEM a fantastic place to work. Our association fosters a culture of creativity and growth, and this award reflects how much we enjoy working together as well as with our members.”

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel publishes this list based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are paramount to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.

Judy Gaus“This award is testament to the engaging and supportive culture we have established at AEM,” says AEM senior vice president, human resources & operations Judy Gaus. “We work diligently to make this a positive and encouraging workplace for our innovative and diverse staff. This environment drives the high-quality work we produce for both our members and the industry.”
