Star Exhibits and Environments, a marketing agency and producer of exhibits and environments, announced on August 15 that it has reached an agreement to purchase Featherlite Exhibits, an originator of portable and modular exhibiting solutions.
This is the second recent acquisition for Mark Johnson, chair and CEO of The Star Groupe, and CEO and founder of Star Exhibits and Environments. He announced in June his acquisition of tradeshow and corporate event marketing education company Exhibitor Media Group.
