The Exhibition Services & Contractors Association (ESCA) is excited to announce the 2025 Rising Leaders’ Summit, a new event designed to empower and educate the next generation of leaders within the exhibitions and events industry. Scheduled for February 4-5, 2025, the Summit will be held at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas, offering a dynamic educational experience tailored for young professionals and emerging leaders.
This is the first major initiative from the newly formed ESCA Rising Leaders Committee, which was established to address the evolving needs of our industry’s future leaders. The committee’s mission is to provide young professionals and those new to the industry with the skills, resources, and network they need to thrive in their careers.
Recognizing the challenges of entering our industry, ESCA is committed to providing impactful educational opportunities that foster the growth of future leaders. “The Rising Leaders Summit represents a critical opportunity for young professionals and newcomers to our industry to develop essential skills for success,” said Julie Kagy, Executive Director of ESCA. “By concentrating on leadership, personal growth, and industry insights, we aim to shape the future leaders of our sector.”
Over one-and-a-half days, the Summit will feature a robust agenda of leadership development sessions and industry-specific workshops. Notable highlights include immersive seminars on emerging industry trends, hands-on training in leadership competencies, and interactive sessions with thought leaders. The Summit will also offer a unique networking experience through a dine-around, providing an engaging and informal setting for attendees to connect with peers and form new professional relationships.
