Condit Exhibits is proud to announce Jenny Koehn’s promotion from Vice President of Sales to President of the entire organization. Celebrating nearly 20 years with the company, Jenny brings a stellar background of sales and marketing successes, strong business acumen, and a wealth of practical experience to the role.
Coming to Condit
Born and raised in Atlanta, Jenny spent significant time with extended family in Vermont, while her experiences traveling and studying abroad further shaped her perspective on life and business. After earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Georgia in 2006, Jenny began her professional career at Clear Channel Outdoor in Atlanta, selling billboard advertising door-to-door from 2006 to 2008. That year, she relocated out west with her boyfriend, now husband, to embark on a new chapter in their lives together.
Soon after the move, Jenny posted her resume online and was contacted by a recruiter for new business development at a local exhibit house. Although she had no prior experience with tradeshows, she secured the position just before the onset of the 2008 recession. On her first day at Condit, July 14, 2008, it was announced that the company had a new owner, Mike McGowan, and both have been instrumental in shaping Condit’s success over the past 17 years.
Jenny’s Course at Condit
Early in her time at Condit, Jenny completed Sandler Sales Training, a program that provides foundational skills she and all Condit account executives continue to rely on today. And after six years in this position, Jenny was promoted to Vice President of Sales in January 2014 at the age of 29 – the youngest member of the sales team!
“I always say, ‘You have to promote people who are smarter than you,’ and Jenny is one of the smartest people I know,” said CEO Mike McGowan.
Jenny’s first objective was to invest in marketing, which led to hiring Condit’s first marketing manager, partnering with an agency, and launching an improved website. She expanded Condit’s footprint beyond the Mountain West and earned industry recognition through active participation in EDPA and Exhibitor Magazine award programs. Under her leadership, the sales department grew, and the company achieved record-setting revenue every year from 2010 to 2019. More recently, Jenny also spearheaded the implementation of ExhibitForce and made strategic investments in digital marketing to establish a robust lead pipeline.
On the personal front, she purchased a home in downtown Denver in 2013, married her college sweetheart, Chris, in 2014, and welcomed two daughters, Taylor and Sydney. Jenny fully embraces the Colorado lifestyle, spending weekends hiking, camping, skiing, biking, and attending sporting events. She is a competitive trail runner, a three-time marathon finisher, a world traveler, an avid reader, and an accomplished home cook.
Jenny’s Plans for the Future of Condit
As Condit celebrates 80 years in business in 2025, Jenny has ambitious goals for the future. Broadly, she is focused on fostering a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas to improve products and processes throughout the Denver and Chicago facilities. Her goals include achieving sustainable growth through targeted investments in workforce, equipment, and marketing, as well as continuing to digitize the business to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks.
She is also committed to exploring the integration of AI to enhance efficiency and reduce the company’s environmental impact by implementing sustainable business practices. Additionally, Jenny aims to diversify revenue streams by embracing the experiential sector and expanding consulting services, ensuring the business remains dynamic and adaptable in a rapidly evolving market.
Jenny reflected, “It is a tremendous honor to receive this promotion at such a pivotal time for our business and our industry. I am excited to build upon Condit’s impressive legacy, to foster a healthy workforce, to drive company growth, and to continue to produce outstanding projects for our clients.”
