ColorCraft, an Orlando-based leader in custom trade show exhibit design and fabrication, has announced a series of internal promotions and organizational changes designed to strengthen production operations and support the company’s continued growth.
The restructuring reflects ColorCraft’s commitment to developing talent from within and aligning leadership roles to better serve client needs across design, fabrication, and on-site execution.
Joe MacDonald has been promoted from Production Manager to Senior Project Manager, where he will take on expanded responsibilities overseeing shop operations and coordinating workflow efficiency across departments.
Andy Booth steps into the role of Production Manager, advancing from Shop Foreman. With his deep experience in custom fabrication and team leadership, Andy will play a key role in day-to-day production management.
James Silva transitions from Carpenter to CNC, Laser-Cutter, and 3D Printer Operator, reinforcing the company’s strength in precision manufacturing and digital fabrication.
“These moves are about putting the right people in the right roles to meet the demands of a growing client base and increasingly complex exhibit programs,” said Doug Hughes, CEO of ColorCraft. “We’re proud to recognize the leadership, skill, and potential within our team, and even more excited about what’s ahead!”
ColorCraft continues to invest in people, processes, and infrastructure as part of its long-term vision to deliver innovative, high-impact trade show experiences for leading brands across North America.
