Mount Laurel, NJ – On Location, a nationwide provider of labor and management services for exhibits, events, and environments, continues its strategic expansion with the launch of feet-on-the-ground in Indiana and Ohio. The territory will be led by Regional Manager Cody Selvia, who officially joined the company on November 3, 2025.
This greater presence in Indiana and Ohio reinforces On Location’s coast-to-coast capabilities and provides new on-the-ground support for clients throughout this segment of the Midwest. The regional base will service key markets such as Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Louisville and beyond, providing faster response time and deeper partnership opportunities. While exhibit labor remains foundational, building a localized team expands capacity for event builds and branded environments. With operations underway, On Location enters the market prepared to support current demand and scale alongside clients.
To help lead this initiative, Cincinnati native Selvia has come on board having worked in the I&D industry since 2018 – most recently as a Traveling Team Lead with Lancaster Management. Known for his people-first approach, steady leadership, and commitment to service delivery, he will initially support a growing team of 10+ and be a key point of contact for clients and OLI staff. He will work hand-in-hand with the entire team to build the region’s foundation while both strengthening existing relationships and identifying new live event opportunities.
