The EDPA Future Leaders Program celebrates rising professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, commitment to excellence, and a passion both in their daily roles but also in advancing the face-to-face marketing industry as a whole. Honorees are recognized for their innovation, collaboration, and the positive influence they bring to their organizations and clients.

Ty joined On Location in 2016 after more than a decade as a leadman managing client-specific projects throughout the exhibit industry. His drive, technical skill, and client-first focus quickly earned him greater responsibility, culminating in his promotion to East Coast Operations Manager in 2018 before going on to be the Director of National Operations at the end of 2021. Today, he oversees projects spanning across the United States, ensuring consistency, quality, and on-brand execution across hundreds of shows each year.
