These appointments come at a historicmilestone as the company prepares to celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2026. Both Putzer and Reagan have been instrumental in the company’s recent growth and will work in tandem to lead the organization into its next half-century of excellence.
Tom Boykin, who has spent decades shaping the company’s trajectory, will move into the role of ChiefExecutive Officer (CEO). Boykin has mentored both Putzer and Reagan extensively, ensuring this new leadership structure remains deeply rooted in the brand’s legacy while positioning it for future innovation.
