IAAPA Expo 2026 Registration Opens for Orlando Event

Registration has opened for IAAPA Expo 2026, which will take place Nov. 16-20 at Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, Florida.

IAAPA Expo 2026 will expand into OCCC’s West Building, giving the show its largest footprint to date. Organizers expect more than 1,100 exhibiting companies and more than 170 education sessions.

Expo expands into West Building

The West Building expansion will add exhibitor space and house several show features. Those include the Food & Beverage Pavilion, which has doubled in size and will feature chef demonstrations, along with Haunting Grounds and the EDUTalk Stage.

In addition, new West Building areas will include the What’s New Theater and Young Professionals Hub.

Lounges and education added

IAAPA Expo will also debut two themed lounges in the South Building. The Cruise Lounge will focus on trends in the global cruise industry. Meanwhile, the Glamping Lounge will support networking and discussions tied to nature and adventure parks.

Education sessions will cover operations, technology, guest experience, safety, sustainability, and other topics for attractions industry professionals.

Signature events return

Networking events, EDUTours, sector-specific receptions, the Leadership Breakfast, and the Women in the Industry Networking Lunch will return this year.

Also, IAAPA members will have access to an exclusive evening at Universal Epic Universe during the expo.

“IAAPA Expo remains the place where the global attractions community comes together to discover new ideas, build relationships, and shape the future of our industry,” says Todd Andrus, executive director and vice president of IAAPA North America.

Registration for industry professionals and press is open.
