Align Exhibits announced the addition of six professionals across its operations, business development, client service, and creative teams. Chad Baldwin, Erika Wilson, KayLynn Kuehn, David Boyden, Madison Smith, and Maggie Maple bring a broad mix of industry knowledge, operational leadership, relationship-building, and design expertise to the company.

Chad Baldwin joins Align Exhibits as Service Operations Manager, bringing more than a decade of trade show industry experience and a broader background in operations and project management. Based at the company’s Cedar Park headquarters, he will lead the Service Operations team and help strengthen processes across the organization, with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Erika Wilson joins Align Exhibits as DIY Account Manager, bringing more than 13 years of trade show and event industry experience to the Cedar Park headquarters. She will lead Align’s DIY program, coordinating graphics, ordering, and fulfillment for portable exhibit solutions designed for simple client setup. Her project management expertise and hands-on approach will provide clients with dedicated support from initial request through delivery.
KayLynn Kuehn joins Align Exhibits as an Exhibit Designer, bringing experience in custom modular exhibit design, graphic production, and experience-driven environments. A Bemidji State University graduate with a degree in Technology, Art, and Design, she will create exhibit concepts and high-quality 3D renderings that translate client goals and brand stories into engaging spatial experiences.
David Boyden joins Align Exhibits as an Ambassador, serving as an on-site extension of the Align team and helping clients navigate exhibit installation, show-floor logistics, and execution. He brings nearly a decade of industry experience spanning site management, crew supervision, and client service. David will ultimately be based at Align’s new Orlando Service Center, where his hands-on leadership and relationship-focused approach will support the company’s Florida operations.
Madison Smith joins the company’s Cedar Park-based team as Business Development Representative. She brings more than a decade of sales and customer service experience, with strengths in consultative selling, relationship development, negotiation, and coordinating complex customer orders and timelines. Madison will work closely with Align’s sales and leadership teams to cultivate new opportunities and introduce prospective clients to the company’s relationship-driven approach.
Maggie Maple also joins Align Exhibits as a Business Development Representative in Cedar Park. With more than seven years of experience spanning business development, client success, operations, and project management, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the full client journey. Maggie will focus on developing new opportunities and building lasting relationships while applying her delivery experience to help prospective clients move confidently from initial conversation through program execution.
