Abex Exhibits, a leading manufacturer and designer of custom, portable and modular tradeshow exhibits, announces the hiring of four industry veterans to its growing sales, design and engineering teams.

Exhibit designer David Gebow has created award-winning designs for companies such as ABB, Boehringer and Monster.com, including two Abex “Best of Show” awards from Exhibitor magazine in the 1990s. Gebow joins Abex as creative director/exhibit designer. He will manage an expanded Abex exhibit design team and direct all graphic design for new marketing campaigns.
Exhibit designer and engineer Adrian Sawyer returns to Abex after a hiatus, where, as vice president of design & engineering, he provided daily management of construction and design of large exhibits, including overall event and video production for more than 20 years. In his new dual role of webmaster and engineer, Sawyer will be responsible for overseeing all Abex website projects and will work within the engineering department on CAD modeling and product development.
Mathew Kelly, formerly of Exhibit Deal, an exhibit distributor and wholesaler, will join Abex’s sales team for its two retail divisions, DGDisplays.com and NameYourPriceDisplays.com. Kelly, an experienced exhibit consultant and salesman and a former Abex distributor, will use his 20-plus years of experience to provide clients the latest cutting-edge tradeshow products in today’s marketplace.
Additionally, event management professional and owner of her own company, Rental Advantage, Nancy Vernon (pictured left) joins Abex as senior account executive and is merging her company with Abex as they will act as the exclusive producer of tradeshow equipment for her rental clients. Vernon has more than 30 years of tradeshow experience, specializing in cost-effective exhibit rental management.
