Access TCA kicked off the summer by welcoming two new team members to its Boston-area office.
Scott Swaebe is the company’s new creative director, reporting to Mich Gunderman, vice president of creative services. Robert Hoff joined Access as the director of account development under Bruce Morrow, who remains in the Atlanta office in a new role, chief marketing officer.
“We are fortunate to bring two truly outstanding professionals onboard at Access,” said Michael Yag, Access founder and CEO. “Scott and Rob both bring unique combinations of creative and business development talents that will help us maintain the steady growth we have enjoyed for 26 years.”
Scott Swaebe, a recent veteran of Victorinox Swiss Army Brands, brings a veritable set of skills and experience to help Access craft creative business proposals while servicing key accounts. A master of three-dimensional marketing in the retail arena, he has developed road shows, tradeshow programs, pop-up retail stores and visual merchandising campaigns for Victorinox, Brookstone and Sam Goody, among others. He is a graduate of Northeastern University.
Rob Hoff’s experience in healthcare communications encompasses everything from copywriting to strategic business development. His proven leadership and creative talents will be real assets as he directs the Access sales and account service teams. Rob boasts 15 years of agency, training and corporate communications experience, most recently with the Westfield Group, a New Jersey healthcare and biotechnology communications firm. He is a candidate for a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications at Suffolk University and a graduate of Salem State University.
“Scott and Rob are already opening Access to new ways of building our business and helping our clients build theirs,” said Yag. “With their contributions, we look forward to an exciting summer and fall.”
