Bruce Morrow is leading the effort in a new role, chief marketing officer, overseeing the company’s marketing communications and business development. Lane Andrews has been promoted to vice president of marketing, reporting to Morrow. The team will continue to work in the Atlanta-area office.

“When we decided to strengthen our marketing message, I knew we already had the best team for the job in house,” said Michael Yag, Access founder and CEO. “Bruce and Lane have done amazing work helping our clients connect better with their customers, so they were the obvious choice to do the same thing for us.”

Bruce Morrow joined Access in 2010 as chief creative officer, solidifying an 18-year partnership with Yag. Lane Andrews came on board last year as creative director for strategic accounts under Morrow. Their new roles expand on their success as a business-building team.

Morrow has developed powerful techniques over 30 years to define clients’ desired outcomes and build marketing programs to achieve them. The resulting Outcome Communications method yields extraordinary success.

“After decades of refining a proven system to reach clients’ goals, it’s exciting to apply those principles to benefit Access,” said Morrow. “We are asking ourselves the same tough questions about outcome and messaging that we ask our clients, and we are starting to see measurable results.”

Morrow also oversees new business development, assuring a unified message from the first contact with a potential client.

“Our business has never been more competitive,” said Andrews. “It is not enough to do great work. To stay on top, we need to tell the Access story to both existing clients and business prospects. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to shape that story.”
