Annual Clinical and Scientific Meeting names media partner

American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (The College) selected TriStar Publishing Inc. to provide event media and advertising sales services for its annual meeting, beginning May 2-6 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

The College’s Annual Clinical and Scientific Meeting, a conference for Ob-Gyn health and medical professionals, offers a comprehensive educational program through a variety of sessions that include clinical seminars, colloquia, postgraduate courses, hands-on courses, surgical tutorials and more. Alongside the scientific program, the annual meeting’s industry exhibition features more than 200 companies and organizations showcasing the latest products and services related to women’s health.

“TriStar’s reputation is well-known and trusted in the medical association and meetings industry,” said Amy Hanley, senior director of meetings and exhibits, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. “We are excited to partner with them and look forward to the industry-leading sales, marketing, and communications expertise they will bring to our Annual Clinical and Scientific Meeting.”

As The College’s exclusive publishing and sales partner at the annual meeting, TriStar will produce a variety of print and digital meeting products, and manage several other advertising and sponsorship opportunities. TriStar’s portfolio of meeting products are invaluable resources to meeting attendees that also provide numerous promotional opportunities for the meeting’s industry sponsors.

“We’re honored to have been chosen as The College’s official publishing partner for their annual meetings beginning in 2015. TriStar’s knowledge, talent, experience, and commitment to excellence spans the range of medical disciplines and specialties. Partnering with one of North America’s premier women’s health conferences complements our roster of medical organizations [that] trust our team to increase non-dues revenue, optimize their event products and services, and deliver effective communications to their members and the industry,” stated Eric Reynolds, CEO, TriStar Publishing.

For the 2015 Annual Clinical Scientific Meeting, TriStar will produce four issues of ACOG Annual Meeting Daily, the official newspaper of the meeting; ACOG Annual Meeting eDaily, the digital version of the newspaper; as well as a Final Program, a mobile event app, and various hotel and perimeter marketing opportunities.
