Recipients to Be Honored During American Associations Day March 25-26
The American Society of Association Executives’s 2021 Sentinel Awards will be presented to Congressman Chris Pappas (D-NH), Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA). The award will honor the Congressional leaders who championed the cause of including nonprofit associations and other 501(c)(6) organizations in the Paycheck Protection Program.
The Sentinel Awards will be presented on March 25-26 during American Associations Day, ASAE’s annual fly-in to highlight meaningful ways that associations strengthen our economy and society.
Hundreds of association professionals will take this message to the Hill during American Associations Day: associations make the world safer, smarter and stronger every day. Every industry and profession relies on associations for workforce development, credentialing, standard-setting and other critical programs and services.
