American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) has renewed its contract for an additional five years with its preferred registration partner, Convention Data Services (CDS).
Under the agreement CDS will continue to provide full registration services for ASCRS-ASOA members, non-members and exhibitors along with lead management and integrations for the annual ASCRS-ASOA Symposium & Congress. The ASCRS Symposium is the largest U.S. meeting dedicated exclusively to the needs of the anterior segment specialist; the ASOA Congress is the leading practice management program for comprehensive ophthalmology and sub-specialties.
“CDS has been our trusted vendor and partner for the past eight years and has provided our society with a seamless process for our attendees and exhibiting partners to register for our annual meeting. They worked hand-in-hand with our team to integrate registration with our AMS system to ensure the data that was being communicated was in ‘real time’ and accurate. CDS has been there for us every step of the way. They are not just a registration company, but an extension of our staff. I look forward to the next five years!” said Paula Schneider, director of meetings and conventions, ASCRS and ASOA.
“Our CDS team is so pleased to extend our partnership with ASCRS, a long-time client and advisory group member. We look forward to building on the foundation of this strong partnership by continuing to provide technology and services to meet and exceed the needs of ASCRS’ attendees and exhibitors,” said David Lawton, executive vice president of sales, Convention Data Services.
For close to 30 years Convention Data Services (CDS), located in Bourne, Mass., has provided state-of-the-art registration and onsite services, data management, exhibitor lead management services and event marketing to the tradeshow industry, serving the needs of businesses and non-profit associations worldwide.
