The announcement comes on the heels of ASM’s aggressive expansion in its development and live event programming division, including the recent appointment of industry veteran John Boyle as its global chief content officer.

The alliance will utilize ASM’s deep and internationally experienced team to simplify and streamline the event planning process and extensions into new markets.
