Starting March 16, the Swiss Roland Kümin will be appointed as CEO of the company. Kümin has been operating as chief customer officer (CCO) since Nov. 1, 2014. With his extensive sales experience in the field of software and business intelligence, he has successfully expedited the expansion of the worldwide distribution structure in the past months.
The former CEO and ex-SAP-manager Hans-Peter Klaey will transfer to the advisory board. The administrative board sincerely expresses their thanks to Klaey for the accomplished work in which the strategy and reorientation of the company were paramount.
The Software-as-a-Service company offers tradeshow organizations and companies the possibility to create their own digital market place with its online platform.
