BannerBug USA has been launched to manufacture BannerBug brand retractable banner stands in the US. BannerBug is an Australian product that has been sold in the US for more than 20 years. BannerBug USA will manufacture the banner stands in the US and supply North and South America with the American-made version. Initially, two models will be manufactured: BannerBug Original, the flagship product with more than 100,000 sold in the US alone, and BannerBug Swap, which features a interchangeable banner cartridge that allows owners to change out their banner graphic in less than 60 seconds.
“The time is right for a US-made banner stand,” said BannerBug USA president David Holladay, a 28-year veteran of the display industry. “We are seeing an increasing interest in ‘Buy American’ sentiment among US consumers. And consumers are growing weary of cheap imports and are looking for quality and dependability. That’s why all our BannerBug USA products will offer an unconditional lifetime warranty. If the product fails for any reason, even if it’s the purchaser’s fault, we’ll repair or replace it for free. You just don’t get that product quality or support from cheap imports. By manufacturing in the US, we have direct control over the quality.”
BannerBug will be assembled and stocked in Birmingham, Alabama, with parts manufactured in Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, New Hampshire, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
