New Showroom Provides Customers with Hands-On Opportunities and Rental Stock Closer to their Shows

NORCROSS, Ga. – To further support customers at shows and live events throughout the United States, beMatrix® USA is launching its new showroom at the Las Vegas Rental & Service Center. This new showroom will provide an opportunity for customers to see new products and inventory firsthand while also supplying a rental stock close in Las Vegas. At this location, subject knowledge experts can enrich customer experiences by answering product questions, providing rental order assistance, and inspiring customers through onsite product demonstrations.
“The showroom and warehouse will provide training for new hires and teach them the technology to maximize our clients’ investment,” said Tara Ericson, CEO of beMatrix® USA.
“The goal of launching rental hubs in Atlanta and Las Vegas is to give our customers access to our most popular frames and hardware during their busiest seasons without having to make a capital investment. We hope that our Las Vegas showroom will allow our customers to come in to see our newest products, receive training, or to showcase the beMatrix system to their customers,” added Ericson.
While beMatrix has had Las Vegas rental options available for more than a year, the official launch of the beMatrix® Las Vegas Rental & Service Center and showroom will give customers the additional opportunity to get hands-on experience with beMatrix products, as well as access to the latest beMatrix products as they are released to the public.
In recent years, smaller firms have entered the frame market, but Ericson remains confident in beMatrix’s strong position. “These firms are not real competition as they carry a small assortment of product. Sure, they can try to copy the frames… but not the system,” she stated.
