NORCROSS, Ga.— Leading the charge in innovative exhibit solutions, beMatrix® USA is excited to announce its latest customer-centric initiative: In response to the growing need for technical knowledge and expertise within the exhibit building industry, beMatrix® USA now offers tailored technical training for customers wanting to master their beMatrix based designs. This initiative will empower clients with the skills and experience needed to optimize their beMatrix® builds to their fullest, most sustainable potential.
Customers can now request technical training about beMatrix’s® Xtreme Solutions products, LEDskin, accessories, and the b62 platform. Training can be held virtually or in person. beMatrix® can accommodate clients at their state-of-the-art USA headquarters near Atlanta, Georgia, or travel to a client’s location.
Leading this new offering are Yoni Kaplan and Travis Fulton, two seasoned professionals who are eager to help the beMatrix community deepen their exhibit and display knowledge. Kaplan brings almost 10 years of experience in design and fabrication built upon a formal education in industrial design to the beMatrix team. Fulton boasts five years of experience working in production and manufacturing,12 years in warehouse operations, and an AAS in Electronics Engineering Technology. Both trainers bring a unique blend of technical expertise and client-facing skills, enabling them to deliver creative and insightful training sessions that address the evolving needs of the exhibit building industry.
“Our training sessions are designed to be informative, engaging, and tailored to the unique needs of each client,” Kaplan explained. “We plan to especially focus on addressing challenges the EDPA has identified within the exhibit building industry by offering creative and insightful workshops that are personalized to our clients’ level of knowledge about our products and software,” he added.
“More than half of exhibit industry professionals are on their first year, so this service is also about elevating the expertise of our industry overall,” said Fulton. “We want every exhibit design and fabrication professional, young and seasoned, to become more confident using the latest exhibit-building tools.”
