BLANK is a company curating extraordinary V-VIP experiences at major sporting events. It has promised non-stop excitement and thrilling boxing action at its highly anticipated, never-before-seen weekend event, ACTIVATED. This event is a series of V-VIP events surrounding the PBC Welterweight Championship between Errol Spence Jr. and Terence Crawford, both undefeated, and will take place from July 28th to 29th in Las Vegas.
ECN had a chance to speak with BLANK Entertainment Group’s Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Susie Q Munoz, as well as its Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer, Francesco Kozerski.
Q1: How did you come up with the name BLANK?
Susie Q: We are still morphing into a company, and we didn’t want to limit ourselves to just doing events. We were discussing names, and I said, “leave it BLANK,” someone said, “I love it.” We all looked at each other, and BLANK Entertainment Group was born. It fits us because it will give us more latitude for what we will become and leaves a little to the imagination.
Q2: What is your vision for the company?
Francesco: I lead the creation of the logo, the story, the narrative, the impact. It’s about bringing our “A” game to the company and what we would mean to our clients and the public. Thus the star on the A. It’s the elevation of the stars and the DNA of the group. It’s a startup mentality where no one’s concerned about titles but doing their share to pull off the most amazing experiential undefeated event weekend.
Q3: We’re hearing and seeing a lot of hype about your premiere event at HyperX and Top Golf. Tell us what that’s about and more importantly, who’s coming?!
Susie Q: HyperX will be our premier event! We are super stoked to introduce to the world who BLANK Entertainment is. We have the incredible “Undisputed Legends of the Ring” that will be joining us!
Francesco: You get to watch Evander Holyfield, Roy Jones, Jr., Ray Mercer, Michael Moore, and four other monster box heavyweight champions play the video boxing game called Undisputed. The winner plays against an attendee who is also playing against each other for a chance to play against the winner of the Champions round. The E-sports style face-off will be on the HyperX arena stage in the Luxor and live-streamed on Twitch and our website at www.BLANK.events.
Q4: What about The Fight and The Official Afterparty?
Francesco Kozerski, Co-Founder & Chief Brand Officer at Blank Entertainment Group, says: “After spending so long cultivating the events, we’re so excited to see it all come to life. The action-packed weekend will kick off on Friday (28th) in the HyperX Arena for an epic celebrity video gaming tournament and mixer. All gaming enthusiasts will be able to engage in intense gaming competitions alongside their favorite boxing stars, where the worlds of virtual battles and real-life champions collide. Followed by the Spence vs. Crawford showdown on Saturday, July 29th, at the prestigious T-Mobile Arena.
