Brumark manager benefits from EDPA Foundation scholarship

The Exhibit Designers + Producers Association (EDPA), an exhibit industry trade organization established in 1954, has been providing financial support to industry professionals and their families through its philanthropic partner, EDPA Foundation, since 2001.

Shameka Howell, client services manager, Brumark Total Flooring Solutions, was awarded an EDPA Foundation scholarship in 2013.

“All of us at Brumark are extremely proud of Shameka, her hard work and her accomplishments,” shared Brumark officials.

Howell is working toward her associate’s degree in Business Administration at Georgia Perimeter College. She has been named to the Dean’s List multiple times and been inducted into Alpha Beta Gamma, an international business honor society.

Since receiving $4,000 toward higher education, Howell shared how simple it is for exhibit industry professionals and their family members to apply for the scholarship. Applicants must submit a 500-word essay along with proof of acceptance or enrollment in an institute of higher learning.
