The Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) announced July 11 that Pasadena-based business Image Quest Plus (IQ) has been selected to operate the Business Services Center.
IQ will provide events, vendors and guests at the LACC an array of rapid delivery business services including: copying, digital printing, scanning, visual graphics, communication tools, document finishing services, computer usage, fax services, inbound/outbound shipping and consulting services
“To provide the resources for our clients’ needs in-house is a huge advantage for our convention center, as we strive to continue to meet the needs of our events, vendors and guests while they are on-site,” said Brad Gessner, senior vice president and general manager, LACC and AEG Facilities.
IQ located in Pasadena, California, is the result of three generations of entrepreneurs, funded by Pacific Coast Regional and Pasadena Development Corporation. Co-founded by Margaret Floyd-Bowdre and Kyle Floyd, IQ has supported the Southern California business community with reprographic services since 1998. Instilled by mentor and mother, Connie Bass, IQ maintains the philosophy that superior customer service is imperative.
“We are proud to have been selected to provide our wide array of services to the Los Angeles Convention Center’s many events and their attendees,” said Kyle & Margaret Floyd, Owners, Image Quest IQ. “It’s an exciting time to expand our business into this area that is poised for expansion and growth.”
