Camfil, a leading manufacturer and supplier of air filters and clean air solutions, is sponsoring Sweden’s pavilion at the Expo 2020 exhibition—billed as ‘the world’s greatest show’—which is set to take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from Oct.20, lasting for six months.
The theme of the Swedish pavilion, which is made entirely from wood, is “The Forest.”
To mark the start of its construction in early October this year and reflecting its eco-friendly theme, Swedish Minister for Foreign Trade Anna Hallberg planted a number of trees in the pavilion.
“As the leading manufacturer of premium clean air solutions, sponsoring the Swedish pavilion at Expo 2020 will enable us to demonstrate our powerful commitment to sustainability,” says Mark Simmons, CEO and president of Camfil Group. “We steadfastly believe that the best solutions for our customers are the best solutions for our planet too.”
He adds: “It also offers us the opportunity to showcase our pioneering products and systems which are designed to improve air quality and quality of life for our customers – everything from filtration solutions to pollution control, molecular contamination control and power generation.
“We look forward to welcoming guests, partners and other visitors to a range of activities we plan to organize throughout the exhibition.”
Camfil’s sponsorship of the Swedish pavilion is in collaboration with its partner, Systemair Group, which is supplying the air handling units that will showcase Camfil’s ground-breaking filters and air cleaners.
