Convention Data Services (CDS) debuted the launch of a new onsite registration solution, Reg Stands, at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) in Chicago this month. Reg Stands, which are custom designed and manufactured onsite registration units, provide show organizers with a highly efficient and modern self-check-in solution. All functionality, including a scanner and credit card swipe, are built into a self-contained touch screen unit.
“As a tech show, we must have the latest and greatest in technology–and we pick partners who can meet this demand,” says Michelle Edmonson, senior director of exhibitions operations and marketing at IMTS. “We continuously look for ways to be inventive, and the CDS Reg Stands are a slick and tech-driven solution that enhances the already superior onsite service we are accustomed to receiving from CDS.
