Unveiling a new Dec. 5 report, the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR) dives in to give prospective readers an inside look on how one should approach customers on the exhibition floor.

Nancy Drapeau, research director, CEIR, described what readers can learn from the white paper, titled “Approaching Prospects on the Exhibition Floor.”

“This report emphasizes how, in a short amount of time, the exhibitor can draw in a potential customer and smoothly transition into gathering information with ease and purpose,” said Drapeau.

Marketing expert Barry Siskind identifies common mistakes and pitfalls in the report that exhibitors should avoid when interacting with attendees at an exhibition. It covers all bases from how to approach potential customers and how to conduct demonstrations to things one should do during exhibition booth “quiet time.”
