CES Unveiled TEL AVIV announces three major exhibitors

The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) announced a preliminary list of exhibitors, including Intel, Panasonic and Toshiba, for its inaugural CES Unveiled TEL AVIV, an event scheduled Oct. 7 for top media, buyers, investors and key influencers of Israel’s high-tech industry.

“The exciting array of companies exhibiting at this first-year event is a true testament to the energy and impact of Israel’s high-tech industry,” said Gary Shapiro, president and CEO, CEA. “This market is critical to the success of our industry, and we look forward to a dynamic event filled with top-tier innovation as we preview these products and bring top business leaders together for industry discussions and analysis.”

CES Unveiled TEL AVIV will showcase established international brands and budding startups in advance of the January 2014 International CES, a gathering place for all who thrive on the business of consumer technologies. The Tel Aviv event will feature a dedicated area for startup exhibitors like those found in CES’ Eureka Park TechZone, focused on entrepreneur innovation.

Media, industry analysts, buyers and members of the financial community can interact with curated exhibitors and get a firsthand look at the dynamism of Israel’s technology industry. Current CES Unveiled TEL AVIV exhibitors include:

  • CEVA
  • GreenIQ
  • HDBaseT Alliance
  • Intel
  • Jinni
  • Magisto
  • Panasonic
  • Toshiba
  • U.S. Department of Commerce

In partnership with the Israel Association of Electronics & Software Industries, CES Unveiled Tel Aviv will run from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hilton, Tel Aviv. The first-year event will include a Tel Aviv Stock Exchange opening bell ceremony, a keynote address from Intel Israel’s Mooly Eden, remarks from U.S. Ambassador Daniel J. Shapiro and an Innovation in Business panel discussion with executives from Google, Yahoo! and more.
