Exhibit City News is proud to announce the release of the Quarter 1 print issue of 2024. Examining future trends of 2024, the print will dive into a variety of insights for the upcoming year. There are interviews from industry professionals including Chris Meyer the CEO of GPJ, Scott Kellner the SVP of Sales & Marketing of GPJ, Fritz Williams the CEO of FormDecor, MaryPat Alroth a Senior Account Executive at Tru Service Group, and many more.

We will begin our three part series into the Evolution of Tradeshows. Written by Bob McGlincy, this series is set to run in the first three quarters of 2024. It aims to outline the general history of the tradeshow industry, and the companies that built it. The first part in the series details the events from 1898 to shortly after World War II.

Our Cover Story, Navigating What’s Ahead: Key Trends Shaping the Events Industry in 2024, is the culmination of a series of interviews conducted by Chris Kappes, Strategic Advisor for Exhibit City News. Dozens of the event industry’s top executives shared their thoughts about nine key trends.

The edition will include three big Acquisition and Mergers to watch in 2024, as well as a variety of strategies for industry professionals: from labor and new hiring solutions to alternative spaces for your future event plans.

The digital edition will be live on the Exhibit City Homepage the first week of January. Enjoy your new year with our insights and lets strive towards a fantastic 2024 for events, together.
