In the fourth quarter of 2019, Condit Exhibits of Denver, Colorado officially acquired Exhibit Source, Inc. (ESi) of South Holland, Illinois.
Condit Exhibits, a full-service exhibit house established in 1945, has enjoyed phenomenal growth over the past decade. With a growing number of customers domestically and internationally, the need for a second manufacturing facility became apparent to Condit CEO Mike McGowan. An increase in Condit’s client base in both the Midwest and Northeast pointed to Chicago as an ideal location.
Located just 20 miles south of downtown Chicago, ESi was established in 1983, servicing clients in heavy industries, manufacturing, healthcare and technology. ESi’s talented and industrious team is an optimal fit for Condit’s company culture as well as their shared tenets of exceptional customer service, collaborative creative process and superior craftsmanship.

Kevin Trainor, longtime senior manager at Condit, has been named president of ESi. With more than 25 years’ experience in the tradeshow and exhibit industries, he is working diligently to ensure the smoothest transition possible for ESi’s existing team members and clients.
