Ivette Flower brings more than 25 years of sales leadership experience and a lifelong love of the organized chaos that defines the tradeshow industry. Somehow, she always finds her way back to the tradeshow world. With over 10 years as a Senior Account Executive at Skyline Exhibits in the San Diego and Denver markets, Ivette consistently proved herself as a top performer, earning multiple Presidents Circle honors along the way.
Known for thriving in fast paced, high energy environments, Ivette credits the exhibit and events industry with teaching her how to blend strategy, creativity, and execution. One of her favorite parts of the job is watching a bold exhibit design evolve from a spark of an idea into a standout presence on the show floor.
Ivette holds a business degree with an emphasis in marketing and is a Certified Leadership Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She is also an International Speaker and is currently completing her Positive Intelligence certification. Her passion lies in developing people, building resilient teams, and creating environments where both clients and sales professionals can thrive.
Long before joining Condit, Ivette admired the company’s reputation for quality craftsmanship, and turnkey solutions. So when she received the call to interview for the Vice President of Sales role, she was ecstatic.
