Convention Data Services and the International Council of Shopping Centers have signed a three-year deal. The contract calls for CDS to provide full registration and lead retrieval services for two ICSC events: RECon and the New York National Deal Making Conference. Additionally, CDS will integrate with ICSC’s membership system to provide a smooth registration process with photo ID badges for attendees.
With over 36,000 attendees and 1,000 exhibitors, RECon provides the shopping center industry with networking, deal making and educational opportunities for retail real estate professionals from around the world. The New York National Deal Making Conference is a great opportunity for owners, developers, retailers, brokers, lenders, municipalities, property asset managers and product and service providers to gather under one roof to exhibit, make deals and form successful business partnerships.
“After an exhaustive RFP process, we chose CDS to run our onsite registration for our two biggest events. CDS’ technology offerings and their vast experience will be a significant benefit to our members and will greatly enhance their onsite registration experience.” says Nippun Dhiman, vice president, MIS & Technologies for ICSC.
“CDS’ onsite registration technology will offer an enhanced experience and added value to ICSC’s members,” says David Lawton, executive vice president of Sales, Convention Data Services. “Our experienced team is looking forward to partnering with ICSC and is committed to providing world-class customer service for their events.”
