CORT Event Furnishings hires new regional area manager

CORT Event Furnishings, an event furniture, lighting and accessories rental company, recently announced the hire of a new regional area manager for its entire Western regional operation, including the Las Vegas, Phoenix, Anaheim, San Francisco and Seattle markets.


jason-salmonson-cortAs the new regional area manager, Jason Salmonson will focus on continuing CORT’s growth and attention to client service in these regions. His experience in strategic planning, implementation and relationship management make him an outstanding addition to CORT’s growing team of knowledgeable event professionals.

“Under Jason’s leadership, we are poised to continue serving our clients in these regions as we grow,” said Mike Davis, group vice president for CORT Trade Show & Event Furnishings. “His prior experience and knowledge of these markets made him the clear choice for this position.”

Prior to joining CORT, Salmonson was director of operations for Kaplan College in Las Vegas where his responsibilities included strategic planning, implementation and budgeting initiatives.
