The Chicago office of Czarnowski, an exhibit and event firm, has been named one of the 100 Top Chicago Work places. The designation was given by the Chicago Tribune and Workplace Dynamics, a creator of workplace surveys. Czarnowski was recognized in a supplement to the Chicago Tribune, running November 15, 2011.
Czarnowski was nominated as a Top Chicago Workplace by one of its employees, then evaluated based on its employees’ responses to a confidential survey. Czarnowski employees gave the company high ratings in areas including opportunities to learn and grow, supportive management, and having a company culture that encourages employees to do things efficiently and well.
“Our employees are passionate about our company, their clients and our industry,” said KC Nagle, executive vice president of Czarnowski. “That is what has taken us this far and what will propel us forward into the future.”
The management of Czarnowski says the company’s employees earned the award with their values and vision.
