Two leading event organizers have entrusted UK-based DB Systems, the award-winning audio/visual and information technology rental company, to be their official audio/visual supplier for the next two years.
Within just a few weeks, DB had its contracts with Clarion Events and Incisive Media extended, meaning DB will supply modified audio/visual systems and services for more than 20 shows, both in the UK and Europe in 2011-2012.
These events include ICE and Multimodal (Clarion Events), as well as Online Information and Softworld (Incisive Media). The work with Clarion will be shared with Aztec Event Services.
News of these extensions comes shortly after DB announced it would continue to be the official audio/visual supplier for UBMi BV for a number of its events over the next two years.
“We’re absolutely delighted that a two year extension has been signed with Clarion and Incisive,” said Oliver Richardson, sales director, DB. “It’s deeply satisfying to be in a position where we can now plan investments over a 24-month period, allowing us to deliver the very best in audio/visual contracting services. The commitment shown by Clarion and Incisive Media is very encouraging and speaks volumes for our business as a whole.”
“Clarion Events is pleased to be extending the AV contract with both DB Systems and Aztec Event Services,” said Andrea Thomas, operations manager, Clarion Events. “Having proven themselves over the last year and exceeding expectations with their customer focused approach, they also continue to provide a friendly, can-do attitude onsite for us as organizers. We look forward to carrying on the partnership between our companies over the next two years.”
